Gungrips.net
Review
A Picture Is Not
Always Worth A Thousand Words.
When
I contacted Conrad Berry of gungrips.net and requested a set of grips for
my Beretta 92, I never imagined this high quality of a product. Sure, (as
with many web sites), gungrips.net has numerous sample photos of grips
they have custom laser etched for various customers but allow me to
stress, "A picture is not always worth a thousand words" as I
quickly discovered.
Who is gungrips.net?
GunGrips.net is a
true "Mom & Pop" business. Owned and operated by Conrad and
Doris Berry, the couple has been supplying custom, laser etched grips
since May 2002. I recently spoke with Conrad during a quick phone
interview at which time he advised that both he and Doris are avid
shooters and enjoy trips to the range and back canyons of Santa Cruz
County, Arizona where they both reside. The couple also attended the 2008
Shot Show but not with their gun grip business but rather as gun
enthusiasts.
With a most
interesting and colorful work history (see gungrips.net for more), the
Berry’s goal of GunGrips.net is simple….to provide a wide range of
high quality, affordable choices for gun enthusiasts and collectors.
During our
conversation, Conrad stated that, "the images etched on the Aluminum
grip panels are not effected by gun oils and cleaners.
Out of the package,
these grips left me screaming like a little girl with excitement. As I
attached the grips on my Berretta, and the fit (as expected) was
excellent, my aged side arm transformed into a new piece of gear.
With a perfect fit
from the Hogue grips and the beauty and craftsmanship of the laser etching
by gungrips.net, this is a *must* have by almost any company, agency,
officer etc. who wants to set their gun apart from others.
Although
gungrips.net are somewhat limited on what type of grips depending on gun
make and model, they do offer a wide selection that is sure to please. If
you interested in a design, contact Conrad and tell him that Nemo Training
sent you.
You can thank us
later.
